Refund and Returns Policy

Garage Floor Flake stands behind every blend of decorative vinyl flake we ship. This policy covers returns, refunds, and replacements for installers, contractors, and wholesale accounts on our 300+ Torginol blend catalog and custom blends.

Return Window

Unopened cases of garage floor flake in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or store credit. After 30 days returns are not accepted.

Condition Requirements

Returned material must be:

  • Unopened. Once a case is broken, the flake is considered used and is not eligible for return.
  • In original manufacturer packaging, with no damage to the outer box.
  • Free of jobsite contamination such as dust, base coat, water, or solvent.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and the cases you want to return. We issue a return authorization (RA) number and confirm where to ship the material. Returns received without an RA number cannot be processed.

Restocking Fee

Returns of standard in-stock blends are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. The fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling, and is deducted from the refund amount.

First Order Friendly Terms

If this is your first order with us and the order total is under $500, we waive the restocking fee on any return initiated within 14 days. We want pros to try our flake on a small first job before committing to a full case run on a bigger project.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the material arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product. For defective material or fulfillment errors on our end, we cover the freight both ways and ship a replacement at no charge.

Custom Blends

Custom blends built through our 140-chip blend builder are made to order and are not eligible for return unless the material arrived defective. We make every custom blend to your spec before it ships.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned material, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except on defective or wrong-product orders.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, note it on the carrier delivery receipt before signing and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged material at no cost to you and file the carrier claim on our end.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale account holders may have alternate return terms documented in the wholesale agreement on file. Wholesale return terms take precedence over the standard policy above.
