Garage Floor Flake ships premium decorative vinyl flake to garage floor installers and epoxy floor contractors across the United States. We are based in the Kansas City area and most in-stock blends leave the warehouse the same week they are ordered.
Processing Time
In-stock blends from our 300+ Torginol catalog are processed within 1 business day of order. Custom blends built through our 140-chip blend builder require 7 to 10 business days for production before they ship.
Transit Time
We ship via R+L Carriers (LTL freight) for case-level and pallet orders, and via UPS or FedEx ground for single-box and sample orders.
- LTL freight to commercial addresses: 3 to 5 business days from pickup.
- Ground to commercial addresses: 3 to 5 business days.
- Ground to residential addresses: 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service. Wholesale account holders see negotiated R+L freight rates on case-level and pallet orders, which is part of how the tier pricing keeps the job profitable.
Order Cutoffs
Orders placed before 2 pm Central Time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm Central, on weekends, or on US holidays are processed the next business day.
Damaged Freight and Carrier Claims
Inspect every shipment at delivery. If the boxes are damaged or the count is short, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim, replace your material, and work with you to keep your garage floor job on schedule.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Kansas City area facility on in-stock blends only. Custom blends from the blend builder ship from the manufacturer and are not eligible for local pickup.
