This policy outlines the terms that apply to Garage Floor Flake wholesale accounts: garage floor installers, epoxy floor contractors, dealers, and commercial coating shops who buy decorative vinyl flake from us at tiered wholesale pricing.
Account Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is reserved for businesses actively buying flake for installation or resale. We may request proof of business activity, including a state contractor license, a resale certificate, or evidence of recent commercial coating work. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application.
Account Approval
Most wholesale applications are reviewed and approved within 1 business day. Once approved, your account sees tier pricing on the full Garage Floor Flake catalog the moment you log in.
Pricing and Tiers
Wholesale pricing is tiered by order volume. The bigger the order, the lower the per-pound cost. Specific tier breaks are visible inside your account once approved. Tier pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to active accounts.
Payment Terms
Standard wholesale orders are paid at the time the order is placed via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. Net 30 payment terms are available to qualified commercial accounts after the third paid order, on request, subject to credit review.
Order Minimums
There is no minimum case count for an in-stock wholesale order. Custom blends require a minimum order of 2 cases per custom recipe.
Shipping
Wholesale orders ship via R+L Carriers LTL for case-level and pallet orders, and via UPS or FedEx for single-box orders. Wholesale accounts see negotiated R+L freight rates. In-stock blends ship the same week the order is placed. Custom blends ship in 7 to 10 business days. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
Returns
Wholesale return terms follow the standard Refund and Returns Policy unless an alternate term is documented in your wholesale agreement on file. Custom blends remain non-returnable.
Reselling
Dealers reselling Garage Floor Flake material may use product photography and color names from our catalog. The Garage Floor Flake brand name and logo cannot be used to imply ownership of the manufacturing or formulation. Contact us before adapting product copy for your own catalog or website.
Account Discontinuation
We reserve the right to suspend or close a wholesale account for non-payment, fraudulent activity, repeated chargebacks, or violation of these terms. Active orders are honored at the agreed price.
Confidentiality
Tier pricing visible to your account is confidential to your account. Sharing it publicly may result in the account being moved to standard retail pricing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this wholesale policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active wholesale accounts at least 30 days before they take effect.
